Identify Your Gas Fireplace
The Fireplace Information card is located within every Valor gas fireplace produced. To access the card, remove the barrier screen, both side doors, and the bottom removable panel (see example). The card contains important information on both sides, including the model number and name, serial number, and more. The card must be left within the engine, even after registering your fireplace.
Additionally, you can find your fireplace model and serial number by scanning the QR code on the serial number labels included with each fireplace's documentation package.
